Transparency Information
Transparency types needed:
- All transparencies should be 8 1/2 x 11.
- We have 2 types of printers available for your child to print their PJAS projects onto transparencies:
- HP Deskjet D4160 – this printer allows your child to print their project in color. We suggest having their graphs/charts printed in color at the very least. Inkjet transparencies are more expensive than the other types.
- Brother HL-5240 – this printer is a black and white laserjet printer.
- If you are going to purchase multipurpose transparencies, please make sure that they include inkjet or laserjet in their list of uses.
- If you wish to print in color at school you will need to use Inkjet transparencies.
- If you do not wish to print in color, (graphs should at least be in color) you will need to use laserjet transparencies.
- Staples has the transparencies available a la carte in their in store, copy and print area.
- You can sometimes find them cheaper on the internet than you will find them in a store.
